CCRAS Recruitment 2025 – Group A, B & C Posts
The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has released a large-scale recruitment notification. Applications are invited for various Group "A", "B", and "C" posts across its network of 30 institutes in the country.

📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India (or other eligible categories as per Govt. of India rules)
- Educational Qualification: Varies widely by post. For example:
- Group 'A' (e.g., Research Officer): Requires a Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS)
- Group 'B' (e.g., Staff Nurse): Requires a B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma with 2 years of experience
- Group 'C' (e.g., MTS): Requires Matriculation or an ITI certificate
- Age Limit: Varies by post. The maximum age limit is up to 40 years for Group 'A' posts and 27 years for posts like UDC, LDC, and MTS. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
✅ Selection Process
- Group 'A' Posts: Selection will be through an online Computer Based Test (CBT) of 70 marks, followed by an Interview of 30 marks
- Group 'B' & 'C' Posts: Selection will be based solely on performance in the online CBT, which will consist of 100 marks
- Skill Test: For posts like Stenographer (shorthand test) and Lower Division Clerk (typing test), a qualifying skill test will be conducted after the CBT
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer in the CBT for all posts except MTS

Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Ex-Serviceman/Woman categories are exempted from paying the Examination Fee. However, all candidates, including the exempted categories, must pay the non-refundable Processing Fee.

Candidates must apply online through the official CCRAS website. The application process involves three main steps:
- Step 1: Create Account: Visit the CCRAS website at www.ccras.nic.in and create a user account by providing basic details to generate a User ID and password.
- Step 2: Fill Profile: Log in and complete your profile by filling in detailed information (demographics, category, qualifications) and uploading your photo, signature, and common documents.
- Step 3: Apply for Post(s) & Pay Fee: Select the post you wish to apply for, provide post-specific information, upload any required documents, and proceed to the payment gateway to pay the processing and examination fees online. This step can be repeated for each post you want to apply for.
