The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill up various deputation posts in its Physical Infrastructure Division. This is an opportunity for officers currently serving in Central/State Government departments to work with EPFO.

📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Deputation Basis: Candidates must be officers serving under Central/State Government/UT Administrations or specified autonomous/statutory bodies.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Executive Engineer (Civil): Must have a degree in Civil Engineering and be holding an analogous post or have the required years of regular service in Level-10 or Level-7.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Must be an officer in Civil/Electrical Engineering holding an analogous post or having three years of regular service in Level-7.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and be holding an analogous post or have three years of regular service in Level-6.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
✅ Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny: Applications received through the proper channel will be scrutinized.
- Basis of Selection: Selection will be based on the service records, eligibility, and suitability of the candidate. Mere possession of qualifications does not entitle a candidate for appointment.
- Required Documents: Selection is contingent on the submission of the last 5 years' APARs, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate from the parent department.
✍️ How to Apply
This is an offline application process for deputation. Applications must be forwarded through the proper channel.
- Willing and eligible officials must neatly fill out the application proforma provided as Annexure-I in the advertisement.
- A separate note must be attached explaining how the candidate finds themselves suitable for the post.
- The application must be forwarded through the proper channel by the applicant's Cadre Controlling Authority.
- The complete application package, including all required documents, must be sent in hard copy.
