π Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: A citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, or a person of Indian origin from specified countries with an eligibility certificate from the Government of India.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed the required Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of their Engineering Degree are eligible to apply. Final year candidates must be able to submit proof of passing by 01 April 2026.
- Age Limit: 20 to 27 years as of 01 April 2026. Candidates must be born between 01 April 1999 and 31 March 2006, inclusive.
- Marital Status: Unmarried male candidates are eligible. Candidates must not marry until they complete their full training.

✅ Selection Process
- Shortlisting of Applications: The Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) will shortlist applications based on a cut-off percentage of marks obtained in the Engineering degree for each stream.
- SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-stage selection process at one of the Selection Centres (Allahabad, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Jalandhar). The SSB interview lasts for five days. Those who clear Stage-1 will proceed to Stage-2.
- Medical Examination: Candidates recommended after Stage-2 of the SSB will undergo a medical examination.
- Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared for each engineering stream based on the marks obtained in the SSB interview.
- Joining Letter: Issued to medically fit candidates based on the merit list and the number of available vacancies.
