📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Must fulfill nationality conditions as laid down by the Govt. of India.
- Marital Status: Unmarried men and women are eligible. Candidates must remain unmarried until the training is complete.
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates who have graduated, are in their final year, or have a post-graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks. Specific BE/B.Tech streams are required for different branches.
- For the Law branch, a degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks is required.
- All degrees should be from a recognized university/institution.
- Age Limit: Varies by branch. For example, for the GS(X)/Hydro Cadre, candidates must be born between 02 Jul 2001 and 01 Jan 2007. Please refer to the official notification for branch-specific age limits.
✅ Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on normalized marks obtained in the qualifying degree. For BE/B.Tech final year students, marks up to the fifth semester will be considered.
- SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Service Selection Board (SSB) interview.
- Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB will undergo a medical examination.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on SSB marks. Final selection will be subject to medical fitness and vacancy availability.
