The Intelligence Bureau (IB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has invited online applications from Indian nationals for direct recruitment to the post of Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II/Tech (JIO-II/Tech).

📋 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Computer Science, etc.) OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (with Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics) OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications.
- Age Limit: Between 18-27 years. (Relaxable for SC/ST by 5 years, OBC by 3 years, and for other categories as per Govt. rules).
✅ Selection Process
- The selection process will consist of three tiers:
- Tier-I: Online exam of 100 MCQs (General Mental Ability: 25%, Technical Subjects: 75%). There will be a negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.
- Tier-II: Skill Test (Practical based and technical).
- Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test.

✍️ How to Apply
Candidates can apply online through the MHA's website (www.mha.gov.in) or the NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) only.
- Visit the official website and complete the Step-I registration to get your Login ID and password.
- Re-login to complete Step-II by filling in personal details, qualifications, and uploading a recent passport-size photograph and signature.
- Pay the examination fee and recruitment processing charges as applicable.
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
